Boasting over 15 years of expertise in the personal training industry, Richard holds qualifications as a REPS Level 3 personal trainer and a Master NLP Coach. Sophie Flügel, a certified Yoga Alliance RYT200 instructor, teaches yoga across ages and physical abilities. Formerly a German-based Personal Trainer and Nutritionist specializing in rehab, Sophie’s international journey kindled her passion for health. Now residing in South-East Asia, she aims to share her wellness philosophy, helping individuals achieve personal benefits through lifestyle-reflected training and teaching plans.
